FLORENCE TRAVEL TIPS
– The city’s historical center is relatively small, and the best way to explore it is by foot. You can easily reach all highlights within 20 minutes.
– Get an offline map (either an old-school paper one or download on your phone beforehand), so you won’t get lost even if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi.
– Each region in Italy has its calling card when it comes to the souvenirs. In Florence, it’s leather goods. One of the best places to get a unique souvenir is on the market on Via dell’Ariento, Via Nazionale, and the Piazza San Lorenzo.
