PARIS TRAVEL TIPS
– As you can imagine, Paris is a very busy city, beckoning thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. And there is no busier time to visit this remarkable place than August. This is the month when you can expect overbooked hotels, inflated prices, and huge lines at all the popular sights. So, we advise to avoid planning your trip at the end of summer if possible.
– Paris boasts a well-developed transport network, and you can easily reach any part of the city on a metro or a bus. However, if you prefer the comfort of getting around in a private car, calling an Uber is the most affordable option.
– Always have some cash on you. While most retailers are only happy to accept credit cards, some places have a credit card minimum of 10–15 euros per charge. So if you want to enjoy the liberty to stop for a cup of coffee and a freshly baked croissant, you need cash.
